Personalized Shoe Fitting

A great footwear fitting experience is always rooted in a great conversation. The Scranton Running Company’s fit process is very informative and a super fun experience.

At the customer’s option (but it’s encouraged; don’t be shy!), we utilize videotaped analysis of the individual’s stride, biomechanics, and foot strike to assist in the proper footwear determination process.

No appointment is necessary, and it's a free service! Rest assured, there is never any pressure to buy.

Rewards Program

Each Scranton Running Company customer earns $25 for every $500 they spend with us. As long as you are registered in our system, you’ll begin earning SRC Rewards automatically!

Rewards expire one year after they are earned, so don’t wait too long to use them.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products and customer experience with confidence. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly work together to re-fit and accommodate you.

For online purchases, shipping is free, but customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Private Events

We view our shop as a “community clubhouse,” open to all area running clubs and organizations. If you’d like to schedule a private event, we’d be happy to work with you to create a memorable experience.
